The trip must not be for the purpose of seeking medical treatment.

Submission of Application
Check and ensure your personal particulars and all details are correct and that there is sufficient limit/fund in your credit or debit card to deduct the premium before you submit the online Application.
The PDF Certificate forms part of your policy. No hard copy of Certificate will be issued. This serves as your receipt once premium is successfully deducted.

Commencement of Coverage
All trips must start and end in Singapore.
Cover must be incepted before commencement of trip from Singapore.
Calculation of Premium
If the same trip involves travel to a few countries and to different zones, the premium to be charged shall be based on the furthest zone.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
No refund of premium is allowed for the single trip plan once the certificate of insurance and/or policy has been issued.
War and kindred risks and government acts

AIDS or AIDS related illnesses
Pre-existing medical conditions

Policy Owners’ Protection Scheme
This policy is protected under the Policy Owners’ Protection Scheme which is administered by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation (SDIC). Coverage for your policy is automatic and no further action is required from you.
