  • Eligibility of Cover

    The applicant must be domiciled in Singapore i.e. the person must be studying or working in Singapore under a valid Student, Employment or Dependent Pass Permit.

    Students on full-time overseas study must be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.

    Age enrolment for full-time student is from 16 to 45 years old.

    Age enrolment for academic staff is from 18 to 70 years old.

    Age shall mean the age of the Insured Person on his/her next birthday on the start date of the Period of Insurance and/or Policy.

  • Submission of Application

    Please ensure your personal particulars and details are correctly entered in the Online Application Form and that there is sufficient limit/fund in your Credit or Debit Card to pay for the premium before submission.

  • PDF Certificate

    The PDF Certificate issued to you will form an integral part of your Policy. No hard copy of Certificate will be issued. The PDF copy of the Certificate will serve as your receipt once premium is successfully deducted.

  • Claims Form and Claims Procedures

    Download Claim Form for full details and documentation requirements.
    Email your claim query with full name, certificate number and brief description of your claim to: admin@wyeresources.com.sg.

  • Commencement of Coverage

    All trips must start and end in Singapore. Refer to Section 4 of FAQ for exceptions.

    Cover must be incepted before commencement of trip from Singapore.

  • Calculation of Premium

    If the same trip involves travel to a few countries and to different zones, the premium to be charged shall be based on the furthest zone.

  • Refund and Cancellation Policy

    (1) Prior to the commencement of the policy
    In the event the Insured Person wishes to cancel the policy after successful payment, it will be subject to an administrative charge of S$25 for each Insured Person.

    (2) After the commencement of the policy
    In the event the Insured Person wishes to cancel the policy after it had been in-force, it will be subject to the short term rate as stated in the policy wording.

Policy Owners’ Protection Scheme

This policy is protected under the Policy Owners’ Protection Scheme which is administered by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation (SDIC). Coverage for your policy is automatic and no further action is required from you. For more information on the types of benefits that are covered under the scheme as well as the limits of coverage, where applicable, please visit GIA/LIA or SDIC websites ( www.gia.org.sg or www.lia.org.sg or www.sdic.org.sg ).

Personal Data Protection Act Clause

In accordance to the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”), the UOI’s Privacy Notice shall form part of the terms and conditions of this policy.
